We will gladly work with you to make it right! Refunds are not issued for opened or used products. In approved situations, Natural Beau-T may offer a replacement product or store credit at our discretion.

Orders are typically processed within 3–5 business days before shipping. Once your order has shipped, you'll receive a tracking number via email. During warmer months, body butters may soften or melt while in transit due to high temperatures. This does not affect the quality or effectiveness of the product. If your T-Butter arrives softened or melted, simply allow it to return to room temperature or refrigerate briefly before use.
