Shipping Policy

All Natural Beau-T products are handcrafted and carefully packaged to help ensure they arrive safely. Orders are typically processed within 3–5 business days before shipping. Once your order has shipped, you'll receive a tracking number via email. During warmer months, body butters may soften or melt while in transit due to high temperatures. This does not affect the quality or effectiveness of the product.

 

Return & Exchange Policy

Due to the personal nature of our bath and body products, we do not accept returns or exchanges. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the product and packaging. We will gladly work with you to make it right! Refunds are not issued for opened or used products. In approved situations, Natural Beau-T may offer a replacement product or store credit at our discretion.
